The EMC shop is a well equipped state of the art facility capable of minor repairs to full restorations of all brass, woodwind, strings, percussion and electronic instruments from piccolos to tubas, violins to keyboards. Its purpose is to maintain and restore musical instruments owned by private individuals, schools, universities and other dealers.

All disciplines of musical instrument repair are performed at EMC. Brass, Woodwind, Strings, Percussion, and Electronic repairs are handled under one roof at our 19,000 square foot facility in Hope Mills, North Carolina. Old World Craftsmanship

FAP Fast-Accurate-Precise
Processing your instrument begins when it arrives in our shipping and receiving department. The arrival via UPS, DHL, Fed EX, USPS, or our own pick up and delivery service is input into our computer. Your instrument then begins the estimate and approval process, assignment to the technicians are made, followed by the repair or restoration. Quality assurance checks, test play, and preparation for return to you by the method designated. EMC always covers the shipping costs back to the customer as part of the service.

Warranty
Warranty coverage on woodwinds is 90 days on adjustments and 1 year on all pads installed by EMC. Brasswind instrument come with a 1 year warranty against faulty craftsmanship, 1 year on lacquer finishes, and 3 years on epoxy finishes. You can be assured your satisfaction is our goal.
